What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone (where requested), appointment preferences and your message. We ask you not to include SIN, banking or credit-card details in these forms. Mortgage applications are completed in a separate secure portal.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, schedule appointments, and (only if you opt in) send you mortgage news and updates.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you ticked a marketing consent box, either on the subscribe form or the optional box on the contact form. Sending a contact or appointment request does not by itself sign you up, and the box is never ticked for you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our contact details.

How information is stored and shared

Form submissions are stored with our service providers (a database host and an email-delivery service) and used by Charandeep Deol and Mortgage Assurance Inc. to respond to you. We don't sell your information. Anonymous site analytics (page views and button clicks) help us improve the site.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@charandeolmortgages.ca or calling 647-675-3600.
